Excellent location if you want to visit Abraham Lincoln’s house and Presidential Museum. It’s a 40-or-so minute walk from Lincoln’s Tomb. I took an Uber there but walked back. Room was spacious and comfortable. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. Alex at Reception gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher after being unable to assist with an issue prior to check-in. Excellent customer service, that. I’ve read comments about crime in the area. I saw no signs of it. Felt perfectly safe at all times.

The front desk staff was amazing; Will. He went above and beyond to help me since I was having an issue with my bank cards. He was very patient and kind. The staff at the restaurant was also very friendly, and their breakfast was good! The pool was nice. We had it all to ourselves, so our children loved that. The hotel was super quiet. The beds were very comfy!! Also, this place is super close to everything we wanted to visit.

Their assistance with unloading my van and bringing all of my belongings to my room was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. They even refused to accept a tip for their help. Additionally, we had a wonderful experience with breakfast as the staff was very accommodating when they ran low on food at the buffet.
